2. THE PRESENT PERFECT TENSE

(Теперішній перфектний (доконаний) час)

Утворюється з допоміжних дієслів  HAVE/HAS  (Has вживається в третій особі однини – he, she, it) та дієприкметника минулого часу (Past Participle) основного дієслова.

                                                                              HAVE/HAS + Vз

Past Participle правильних дієслів утворюється додаванням до інфінітива закінчення -ed (див. Past Simple), а Past Participle неправильних дієслів треба шукати в таблиці в 3 стовпчику та ВЧИТИ, ВЧИТИ и ВЧИТИ напам’ять!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Речення в Present Perfect перекладаються минулим часом дієсловами  доконаного виду (дієслова відповідають на питання – що Зробив, що Зробила и т.п.)

We have bought all the furniture. Ми (що зробили?) купили всі меблі.

She has locked the door. Вона (що зробила?) замкнула двері.

Скорочені форми:

I have = I’ve [ɑıv]                                               We have = we’ve [wi:v]

You have = you’ve [ju:v]                                   You have = you’ve [ju::v]

He has = he’s [hi:z]                                            They have = they’ve [ðeıv]]

She has =she’s [ʃı:z]

It has = it’s [ıts]

1. Negative sentence.

Скорочена заперечна форма має два варіанти:

We haven`t=We`ve not

He hasn`t=He`s not

 

2. General question.

Have we bought all the furniture? Yes, we have. No, we haven`t.

Has he locked the door? Yes, he has. No, he hasn`t.

 

3. General-negative question.

Haven`t we bought all the furniture? (or Have we not bought all the furniture?)

Hasn`t he locked the door? (or Has he not locked the door?)

 

4. Alternative question.

Have we bought all the furniture or all the carpets?

Has he locked the door or the car?

 

5. Disjunctive (Tail, Tag) question.

We have bought all the furniture, haven`t we? (We haven`t bought all the furniture, have we?)

He has locked the door, hasn`t he? (He hasn`t locked the door, has he?)

 

6. Special questions.

Питання зі словом WHEN задавати не можна! 

Але, якщо питання до підмета, то після Who aбо What завжди іде HAS+V3

Present Perfect вживається

1.Для вираження дії, яка відбулася до моменту мовлення и той хто говорить, має на увазі результат цієї минулої дії, її важливість на момент мовлення:

She has done her homework and now she can go for a walk. Вона (що зробила?) зробила домашнє завдання. Результат - вона може піти погуляти.

 

2. Коли не зазначено час дії (коли дія мала місце)

We have bought all the furniture.  Ми (що зробили?) купили всі меблі. Коли купили? Не сказано!

3. Зі словами (by heart!):

Up to now, up to the present – до цього часу

ever – коли-небудь

never – ніколи

already – вже

yet – ще, вже

not yet – ще не

often - часто

so far –до сих пір, до цього часу, поки

lately – останнім часом, нещодавно, за останній час

just – тільки-но

recently – останнім часом, на днях,нещодавно

many times – багато разів

several times – декілька разів

the first (second, third etc.) time - перший (другий, третій тощо) раз

before – раніше, до цього

today – сьогодні

this week – на цьому тижні, цього тижня

this month – в цьому місяці

this afternoon – сьогодні вдень

 

4. Present Perfect вживається для вираження дії або стану, що триває з якогось моменту в минулому аж до моменту мовлення. У цьому значенні Present Perfect переважно вживається з дієсловами, що не має форми Continuous

Період тривалості дії здебільшого позначається словами:

1)   for (for an hour – протягом години; for two weeks – протягом двох тижнів; for a long time – довгий час; for a whole year – цілий рік і т.п.)

I haven’t seen him for a long time. – Я не бачив його довгий час.

2) since (since twelve o’clock – з дванадцятої години; since 12 April – з 12 квітня; since May – з травня)

I've known John since I was seven. - Я знаю Джона з семи років.

5. Коли людина завжди щось хотіла і досі хоче; або щось завжди робила і досі робить (здебільшого з дієсловами, що не вживаються в continuous). При цьому обов’язково має бути слово always.

I have always wanted to visit the British Museum. Я завжди хотів ( і зараз хочу) відвідати Британський музей.

 She has always preferred tea to coffee. - Вона завжди віддала перевагу (і зараз віддає) чаю, ніж каві.

He has always liked dogs. - Йому завжди подобалися ( і зараз подобаються) собаки.

УВАГА!

Present Perfect НІКОЛИ не вживається зі словами, які уточнюють час минулої дії, наприклад:  

1.      Yesterday – вчора

2.      The day before yesterday – позавчора

3.      Last week (month, year) – минулого тижня (місяця, року)

4.      An hour ago – годину тому

5.      Two days ago – два дні тому

6.      On Monday – у понеділок

7.      In July – у липні

8.      In 2001 – у 2001 році

9.      The other day – цими днями

10. А також у запитаннях з питальним словом when
